Welcome to Detox and More Distributors.
By accessing or browsing the Detox and More website, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without providing notice to you.
Stock & Availability
Stock availability will be checked at the time of your purchase and you will be notified of any products which are out of stock.
Pricing & Payment
All pricing quoted is in Australian Dollars, and includes GST. You will be billed in Australian Dollars.
Payments are made via direct deposit into bank account details, provided on issue of invoice. Once payment has cleared, a receipt will be issued, and tracking details will follow once the order has been fulfilled and despatched.
Discount and Promotional codes
If you are using a discount or promotional code, you must advise Sales upon receipt of Invoice. Discounts cannot be applied or refunded to an order after payment has been made.
Shipping
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of payment. We accept no responsibility for lost or delayed items due to incorrect shipping information supplied.
For smaller orders, orders will be shipped using Australia Post. For orders placed before 2pm, goods are posted on the day of the order. Orders placed after 2pm will be posted the following day. For metro-city deliveries please allow 2-7 days for regular mail, and 1-3 days for Express Post.
You may need to allow additional time for remote areas, or during peak periods.
For larger orders, a courier will be arranged as it’s a more cost effective option. You will receive an email directly from the courier company to track your order.
This time is an estimate only and not a guarantee of delivery. Unforeseen delays can occur once items leave our warehouse, and are not our responsibility.
Detox and More Distributors reserves the right to increase postage charges on any order should we deem necessary (ie. excessively large orders or remote locations). You will be contacted to advise of a change to shipping charges, if required.
Returns
We value customer satisfaction. All of our products undergo comprehensive testing to ensure they meet the highest quality standards prior to being shipped. If you receive an item that you believe is defective or damaged, please contact us.
All items must be returned unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging with all parts included.
Change of mind:
If you change your mind about an item received, please contact us at info@detoxandmore.com.au within 7 days to discuss returning your item and refund options.
Damaged/Faulty goods:
If you feel your item received is faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@detoxandmore.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item and we will advise further details on returning your item.
The original cost of shipping your items is not refundable, however we will cover the cost of return shipping for the faulty/damaged goods, and will cover the cost of shipping the reorder of items to you.
